Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. The In-Store Grocery Shopper is responsible for selecting and gathering products for online orders efficiently, ensuring quality and freshness, and providing excellent customer service during pickup. Responsibilities include scanning and bagging orders, communicating substitutions or issues, maintaining organization and cleanliness, and adhering to safety and food handling standards. The role requires following policies for substitutions, managing staging areas, and performing opening and closing procedures. Training new team members and meeting productivity standards are also key aspects of the job.
Salary Range: $18.50 - $23.85 per hour.
