Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars for pickup. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. Job responsibilities include:

• Initiate and complete selection of customers' online orders.
• Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars.
• Scan and bag orders following standards, communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pickup.
• Meet or exceed customer expectations for shopping ease, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Follow all laws, food safety procedures, and company policies.
• Store products in optimal temperature zones, ensure quality and freshness, and respond professionally to customer calls.
• Retrieve and verify order accuracy, load orders into customers' cars, and process transactions via POS system.
• Handle out-of-stock substitutions per policy, maintain cleanliness, report discrepancies, and assist in training new team members.
• Perform opening and closing procedures, meet productivity standards, and work cooperatively in a high-paced environment.
• Manage conflicts calmly, act with honesty and integrity, and support customers including minors, individuals with special needs, and seniors.
