Job Description for In-Store Grocery Shopper / Online Grocery Pick-Up Associate

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars during pick-up. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. Responsibilities:

• Initiate and complete the selection process for customers' online orders.
• Assemble orders, process payments, and deliver and load orders for customer pick-up.
• Scan and bag orders following standards, communicate substitutions or exceptions, and ensure order accuracy and quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas and equipment.
• Follow all safety, food safety, and legal guidelines.
• Interact professionally with customers via portable phones, responding promptly and courteously.
• Assist in training new team members and support team productivity.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as required.
• Manage conflicts cooperatively, act with integrity, and seek assistance when needed.
