Job Description: In-Store Grocery Shopper and Online Grocery Pick-Up Associate

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, focusing on freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars during pick-up. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. Responsibilities include:

• Initiate and complete selection processes for online orders.
• Assemble orders, process payments, and load orders into customer vehicles.
• Follow all bagging standards and ensure order accuracy.
• Communicate substitutions or order issues to customers at pick-up.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas and equipment.
• Follow all safety, legal, and company guidelines, including food safety procedures.
• Ensure product quality and freshness, store items at appropriate temperatures.
• Use portable phones to communicate with customers professionally.
• Inspect equipment and report issues promptly.
• Assist in training new team members and meet productivity standards.
• Work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment, managing conflicts professionally.
• Act with honesty and integrity in all interactions.
• Support and assist diverse customer needs, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
