Job Description for In-Store Grocery Shopper & Online Grocery Pick-Up Team

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, focusing on freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars during pick-up. Provide a positive customer service experience to encourage repeat online shopping. Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate and complete selection of customers' online orders.
• Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver/load orders during customer pick-up.
• Scan and bag items following standards, communicate with customers about substitutions or issues, and ensure order accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas and equipment.
• Follow all safety, food safety, and legal guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat business.
• Operate POS systems, manage substitutions, and handle discrepancies.
• Assist in training new team members and perform opening/closing procedures.
• Work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment, managing conflicts professionally and acting with integrity.
• Support customers with special needs, minors, and older adults as required.
