Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)
Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. In-Store Grocery Shoppers initiate and complete selection for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes payments, and loads orders into customers' cars. They also scan and bag items following standards, communicate substitutions or issues, and ensure order accuracy and quality.
Responsibilities include adhering to safety and legal standards, maintaining organization, reporting discrepancies, inspecting equipment, performing opening/closing procedures, training new team members, and meeting productivity standards. The role requires the ability to work in a high-paced environment, manage conflicts professionally, and act with integrity. Support and assist customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults, with or without reasonable accommodations.
