Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, with attention to freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience to encourage repeat online shopping. Job Responsibilities:

1. Initiate and complete selection of customers' online orders.
2. Assemble orders, process payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars.
3. Follow all bagging standards and ensure order accuracy.
4. Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pickup.
5. Meet/exceed customer expectations regarding shopping experience, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
6. Adhere to all food safety laws, procedures, and company policies.
7. Store products in appropriate temperature zones and ensure quality and freshness.
8. Respond professionally to customer calls and inquiries.
9. Ensure order accuracy and load orders into customers' vehicles.
10. Process orders through the POS system and handle out-of-stock substitutions appropriately.
11. Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
12. Report discrepancies and equipment issues to management.
13. Perform opening and closing procedures and assist in training new team members.
14. Meet productivity standards and work cooperatively in a high-paced environment.
15. Manage conflicts professionally and act with honesty and integrity.
16. Support and assist customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
17. Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
