Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival for pick-up. Job Responsibilities:

• Initiate and complete the selection process for customers' online orders.
• Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars for pick-up.
• Scan and bag orders following all standards while on the go.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pick-up time.
• Meet or exceed customer expectations regarding shopping ease, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Adhere to all legal, safety, and company guidelines.
• Store products in optimal temperature zones, ensuring quality and freshness.
• Follow instructions detailed in order notes.
• Ensure order accuracy and load orders into customers' vehicles.
• Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping.
• Process orders through the POS system.
• Handle out-of-stock situations with appropriate substitutions.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
• Report discrepancies and equipment issues to management.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as required.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Meet or exceed productivity standards.
• Work cooperatively in a high-paced, sometimes stressful environment.
• Manage conflicts professionally and cooperatively.
