Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience to encourage repeat online shopping. Job Responsibilities:

1. Initiate and complete the selection process for online orders.
2. Assemble orders, process payments, and communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers.
3. Ensure order accuracy, quality, and freshness, storing items in appropriate temperature zones.
4. Load orders into customers' cars, providing excellent customer service.
5. Follow all safety, food safety, and legal guidelines.
6. Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas.
7. Report discrepancies and equipment issues.
8. Assist in training new team members and meet productivity standards.
9. Work cooperatively in a high-paced environment, managing conflicts professionally.
10. Support and assist customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
