Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars during pick-up. Provide a positive customer service experience to encourage repeat online shopping. Job Responsibilities:

• Initiate and complete product selection for online orders.
• Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver orders to customers' cars.
• Scan and bag items following standards, communicate substitutions or exceptions, and ensure order accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas and equipment.
• Follow all food safety procedures, laws, and company guidelines.
• Manage conflicts professionally, act with honesty and integrity, and support customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and seniors.
