Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival for pick-up. Job Responsibilities:

• Initiate and complete selection for customers' online orders.
• Assemble orders, process payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars.
• Scan and bag orders following standards, communicate substitutions or exceptions, and ensure order accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas and equipment.
• Follow all safety, legal, and company policies and procedures.
• Ensure product quality and freshness, and store items in appropriate temperature zones.
• Communicate professionally with customers via portable phone.
• Inspect equipment and report issues; perform opening and closing procedures.
• Assist in training new team members and meet productivity standards.
• Work cooperatively in a high-paced environment, managing conflicts appropriately.
• Support and assist customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
