Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars during pick-up. Provide a positive customer service experience to encourage repeat online shopping. Job Responsibilities:

• Initiate and complete the selection process for customers' online orders.
• Assemble orders, process payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars at pick-up.
• Scan and bag items following standards; communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers.
• Meet/exceed expectations for shopping ease, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Follow all safety, legal, and company procedures.
• Store products in appropriate temperature zones, ensuring quality and freshness.
• Use portable phones to communicate with customers professionally.
• Ensure order accuracy and load orders into customers' vehicles.
• Process orders via POS system and handle out-of-stock substitutions appropriately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas and equipment.
• Report discrepancies and equipment issues; assist in training new team members.
• Perform opening and closing procedures; meet productivity standards.
• Work cooperatively in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment; manage conflicts calmly.
• Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Follow directions and seek assistance when needed; support minors, individuals with needs, and older adults.
