Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars at store pickup. Provide a positive customer service experience to encourage repeat online shopping. Job responsibilities include:

• Initiate and complete product selection for online orders.
• Assemble orders, process payments, and communicate substitutions or issues to customers.
• Ensure order accuracy, quality, and freshness, storing items at appropriate temperatures.
• Operate POS systems, maintain organization, and cleanliness of staging areas.
• Follow all safety, food safety, and legal guidelines.
• Assist in training new team members and meet productivity standards.
• Manage conflicts professionally and act with integrity regarding customer and business information.

The role requires the ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations. Salary ranges from $16 to $17.50 per hour.
