Job Description

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars during pickup. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. Uphold the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

• Responsible for selecting and gathering products for online orders with attention to quality and efficiency.
• Initiate and complete the selection process for customer orders.
• Assemble orders, process payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars.
• Scan and bag items following standards.
• Communicate substitutions or issues to customers during pickup.
• Ensure shopping ease, variety, freshness, and cleanliness meet expectations.
• Follow safety laws, food safety procedures, and company policies.
• Store products in appropriate temperature zones.
• Follow specific instructions provided in notes.
• Maintain order quality and freshness.
• Communicate professionally with customers via phone.
• Ensure order accuracy and load orders into vehicles.
• Provide positive customer experiences to promote repeat business.
• Process orders through POS systems.
• Handle out-of-stock situations with substitutions per policy.
• Keep staging areas and equipment organized and clean.
• Report discrepancies and equipment issues.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Meet productivity standards.
• Work cooperatively in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment.
• Manage conflicts calmly and cooperatively.
• Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Follow directions and seek help when needed.
• Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.

Qualifications

Minimum Position Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently.

• Experience as a personal shopper, warehouse worker, stocker, or cashier.
