Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience to encourage repeat online shopping. In this role, you will:

1. Initiate and complete the selection process for online orders.
2. Assemble orders, process payments, and communicate substitutions or issues with customers.
3. Ensure orders are accurate, fresh, and stored properly.
4. Load orders into customers' vehicles efficiently and courteously.
5. Follow all safety, health, and legal guidelines.
6. Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas.
7. Report discrepancies and equipment issues promptly.
8. Assist in training new team members and support team productivity.
9. Work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment, managing conflicts professionally.
10. Act with integrity and follow directions to resolve issues effectively.
11. Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
