Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)
Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. In-Store Grocery Shoppers initiate and complete product selection for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes payments and coupons, and loads orders into customers' cars. They scan and bag items following standards, communicate substitutions or issues to customers, and ensure order accuracy and quality.
The role involves adhering to all safety and food handling laws, maintaining organization, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include inspecting equipment, performing opening and closing procedures, assisting in training new team members, and managing high-paced, sometimes stressful environments.
The ideal candidate manages conflicts professionally, acts with honesty and integrity, follows directions, and provides support to diverse customer needs, including minors and individuals with special needs. Must be able to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
