Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. Minimum qualifications:

• Ability to work independently
• Ability to read shelf tags
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction)
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)

Desired previous experience:

• Experience as a personal shopper, in a warehouse or production environment, stocking shelves, or as a cashier

Key responsibilities:

• Select and gather products for online orders efficiently, ensuring quality and freshness.
• Initiate and complete the order selection process.
• Assemble orders, process payments, and deliver orders to customers' cars.
• Follow bagging standards and scan and bag orders promptly.
• Communicate substitutions or issues to customers during pick-up.
• Ensure order accuracy and quality, storing items in appropriate temperature zones.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas.
• Follow safety, food safety, and company policies and procedures.
• Report discrepancies and equipment issues.
• Perform opening and closing procedures and assist in training new team members.
• Meet productivity standards and perform essential job functions with or without accommodations.
