Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival for pickup. Job Responsibilities:

1. Initiate and complete the selection process for customers' online orders.
2. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and load orders into customers' cars during pickup.
3. Scan and bag orders following standards, communicating substitutions or exceptions to customers.
4. Meet or exceed customer expectations for shopping ease, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
5. Follow all laws, food safety procedures, and company policies.
6. Receive orders from the Order Selector, store items in appropriate temperature zones, and ensure order accuracy.
7. Communicate with customers professionally via portable phone.
8. Ensure quality and freshness of all items.
9. Process orders through the POS system and handle out-of-stock substitutions.
10. Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
11. Report discrepancies and equipment issues to management.
12. Assist in training new team members and perform opening/closing procedures.
13. Meet productivity standards and work cooperatively in a high-paced environment.
14. Manage conflicts professionally and act with honesty and integrity.
15. Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
16. Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
