Job summary

Kroger is seeking a team member to select and assemble customers' online orders in a fast-paced store environment. You will gather products with attention to freshness, load orders into customer cars, and provide friendly service at pickup.

You will follow guidelines, process substitutions when needed, operate the POS, and help keep staging areas clean while meeting productivity standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to work without supervision.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, and subtraction).
• Experience in production/warehouse or as a cashier is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Select and assemble customers' online orders for pickup.
• Process coupons and payment and load orders into customers' cars.
• Provide a positive customer service experience to encourage repeat online shopping.
• Adhere to food safety procedures and store guidelines.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions at pickup and maintain order accuracy.
• Operate the POS system and maintain staging areas and equipment.
• Meet productivity standards and assist training new team members.
