Kroger is seeking team-oriented associates to assemble customers' online orders for pickup, ensuring freshness and accuracy. You will handle substitutions, process payments at POS, and load orders into customers' cars while delivering friendly service.

Qualifications

• Ability to work without supervision.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed customer expectations for shopping ease, variety, freshness and cleanliness.
• Adhere to laws, safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Receive orders from Order Selector and store items in optimal zones.
• Select items for online orders and ensure accuracy.
• Process substitutions when items are out of stock and communicate changes.
• Scan and bag items while following bagging standards.
• Load ordered items into customers' cars at pick-up.
• Use POS system to process orders and manage pricing discrepancies.
• Train new e-Commerce teammates and aim for productivity targets.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
