Job summary

SpartanNash is seeking a dedicated associate to lead the eCommerce process, ensuring online orders are received, picked, packed and stored correctly for timely pickup.

Responsibilities

• Lead the eCommerce process for receiving customer online orders and picking or delegating picking of orders.
• Review customer comments and instructions to ensure product matches request; follow up on substitutions.
• Ensure quality control and careful handling of perishables and delicate items during selection and packing.
• Scan order products and confirm totals for items priced by weight; manage substitutions and packaging.
• Store orders at proper temperatures and report any issues to management.
• Provide focused and effective customer service and follow the Company service program.
