Job summary

SpartanNash is seeking an organized, detail-oriented associate to lead the eCommerce process for Granger, IN. You will oversee online order receipt, ensure accurate picking, and manage proper storage conditions to guarantee timely pickup and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates will have a HS diploma or GED and at least one year in retail, with strong communication and proficiency in MS Office. Flexibility in scheduling and ability to handle perishables are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of retail or related experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the eCommerce process for receiving customer online orders and picking or delegating picking of orders.
• Review customer comments and special instructions to ensure product matches requests; follow up on substitutions as needed.
• Ensure quality control and handle perishables with care during selection and packing to minimize damage and ensure satisfaction.
• Store orders at proper temperature (refrigerator/freezer) as needed and report issues, shorts, overages, or damages to store management.
• Provide focused and effective customer service and follow the company service programs to achieve high customer satisfaction.
