Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 2 years experience in student advising or enrollment management.
• Experience in customer service or related field is preferred.

• Maintain regular communication via phone, text, and email to guide inquiries through graduation.
• Collaborate with Admissions, Financial Aid, Registrar, and other services to resolve student issues.
• Deliver retention strategies to support persistence and academic success.
