Responsibilities

• Counsels prospective and enrolled students on federal and state financial aid programs (Pell, SEOG, TEACH, Work-Study, Direct Loans).
• Handles inquiries via phone, in-person, virtual, or written contact with accuracy and professional service.
• Resolves overawards/aid coordination, reviews award letters, and maintains QA processes.
• Participates in committees and special projects, including outreach and events.
• Supports retention through outreach and clear explanation of financial resources and policies.
