Job summary

Grand Canyon Education is seeking an Account Executive to manage the Houston, TX territory for our online division. Starting salary is $75,000 annually with potential for six figures after five years of service.

The role involves in-person training in Phoenix, AZ and extensive travel within the territory. You’ll use strong communication and coaching skills to guide students from application to the first courses, while partnering with families and institutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; no delinquent or in default on a federal student loan as verified in your credit report.
• Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills across in-person, written, and phone communications.
• Self-motivation with a drive to succeed and willingness to travel within territory.
• High emotional intelligence and coaching ability for diverse student populations.

Responsibilities

• Strategy and execution: plan events and activities to raise program awareness and generate inquiries.
• Partner and influencer: counsel prospective students and build relationships with families and partners.
• Heart and Hustle: support admissions steps and guide online learners to enrollment.
