Job summary

AutoNation is seeking an energetic E-Commerce Sales Associate who guides customers online, by phone, and in person from inquiry to in-store experience in our no-haggle environment.

You will respond to leads promptly, answer questions, and help customers select vehicles while delivering an outstanding shopping experience. The role emphasizes strong communication, goal attainment, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills demonstrated in customer-facing roles.
• Ability to answer questions, guide decisions, and provide outstanding service.
• Experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers online, over the phone, and in person to guide vehicle purchases.
• Respond to inquiries promptly and transition customers to an in-store experience.
