AutoNation, one of the largest automotive retailers in the United States, is seeking an e-Commerce Sales Associate to guide customers online, over the phone and in store in a no-haggle environment. You’ll respond to leads promptly, answer questions, provide vehicle information and help close deals while ensuring a stellar customer experience.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, enjoy helping people, and have sales or customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work with technology and learn systems.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers online, by phone and in person to guide vehicle purchases.
• Respond to leads in a timely manner and provide information to help close deals.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and transition to Service as needed.
