Job summary

AutoNation is seeking an e-Commerce Sales Associate to guide customers online, over the phone, and in person through the car-buying process. In a no-haggle environment, you will respond to leads promptly, provide product information, and help customers select vehicles that fit their lifestyle and budget.

Responsibilities include driving sales by answering questions, negotiating terms, and closing deals, then smoothly transitioning customers to the Service department for ongoing ownership

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with technology and online inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Respond to online, phone, and in-store leads to guide vehicle purchases.
• Assist customers in selecting vehicles and negotiating terms.
• Close deals and transition customers to the Service department.
• Provide excellent post-sale follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
