Job summary

Baker Tilly US is seeking an experienced OneStream Solution Architect to join our growing OneStream practice within Baker Tilly Digital Solutions. You will contribute to serving clients with OneStream Financial Close & Consolidation, Budgeting & Forecasting, and BI solutions, leveraging your deep knowledge of OneStream’s engines and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
• Five years of technical architecture experience with at least three years in OneStream implementations.
• Strong knowledge of financial close and consolidation processes (currency translations, intercompany eliminations, top‑side entries).
• Deep understanding of .NET and SQL development within OneStream engines.
• OneStream Certified Professional (OCP) - Lead Architect certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, requirements, design, build, test, and deployment of OneStream solutions for clients.
• Lead client workshops to gather requirements and create design documentation for OneStream applications.
• Develop proofs of concept to optimize performance and validate new approaches.
• Guide development and deployment of technical solutions, facilitating architecture reviews.
• Oversee testing (unit, integration, regression, UAT) and ensure solution quality.
• Collaborate with clients to define a roadmap and expand OneStream utilization for better business results.
• Support the Finance OneStream COE governance framework and standard definitions.
• Design and develop BI, analytics, and reporting solutions with clients.
• Interact with Baker Tilly and client leadership on engagement management.
• Stay current with OneStream platform advancements and AI capabilities.
• Mentor junior staff through training and coaching.
