Job summary

Baker Tilly US is seeking an experienced OneStream Solution Architect to join Baker Tilly Digital Solutions. You will contribute to OneStream implementations across clients, leveraging your finance, accounting, and technical background to deliver close, planning, and BI outcomes.

This role offers exposure to a global SI partner environment, leadership of workshops, and coaching junior staff while staying current with OneStream and AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of technical architecture experience, with at least three years on OneStream implementations.
• Deep knowledge of the financial close and consolidation process and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, requirements, design, build, test, and deployment of OneStream solutions.
• Lead client workshops and create design documentation for OneStream applications.
• Design an infrastructure framework within OneStream considering scalability, performance, and security.
• Develop and demonstrate OneStream proofs of concept as needed.
• Oversee solution quality, testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Collaborate on roadmaps and opportunities to improve financial close and planning processes.
• Support governance and best practices through the OneStream Center of Excellence.
• Design and develop BI, analytics, and reporting solutions with clients.
• Engage with Baker Tilly and client leadership on engagements and management.
• Stay current with OneStream core platform advances and AI capabilities.
• Mentor and coach junior staff, including training and development.
