Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking an experienced OneStream Solution Architect to join Baker Tilly Digital Solutions. You will lead OneStream design, deployment, and governance, partnering with clients to deliver financial close, budgeting, forecasting, and BI solutions across the country.

In this role you will mentor junior staff, stay current with OneStream advancements, and drive client success with a focus on quality and timeliness. Location flexibility within the U.S. is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, MIS, or a closely related field.
• Five-plus years of technical architecture experience, with at least three years in OneStream implementations.
• Strong knowledge of the financial close and consolidation process, including currency translations and intercompany eliminations.
• Deep understanding of .NET and SQL development within OneStream environments.
• OneStream Certified Professional (OCP) - Lead Architect.
• Proven leadership, client service mindset, ethical judgment, and delivery discipline.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, design, build, test, and deployment of OneStream solutions.
• Lead client workshops and create design documentation for OneStream apps.
• Develop proofs of concepts to optimize performance.
• Guide development and conduct architecture reviews across divisions.
• Oversee testing: unit, integration, regression, and UAT.
• Build roadmaps and communicate initiatives to project teams and clients.
• Contribute to Finance OneStream COE governance and standards.
• Collaborate on BI, analytics, and reporting solutions.
