Job summary

Baker Tilly US is seeking an experienced OneStream Solution Architect to join our growing OneStream practice within Baker Tilly Digital Solutions. You will lead discovery, design, and deployment of OneStream solutions for clients, driving BI and consolidation initiatives across the firm.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in technical architecture with 3+ years in OneStream, strong leadership and client-service skills, and a track record in financial close and planning processes.

Qualifications

• Five years of technical architecture experience, with at least three years focused on OneStream implementations.
• Experience implementing a leading financial planning and consolidation software (OneStream or Oracle EPM/PBCS) highly preferred.
• Robust knowledge of the financial close and consolidation process including account reconciliation, currency translations, intercompany eliminations, top-side entries, and financial statements.
• Deep understanding of .NET and SQL development and how best to develop within the OneStream engines.
• OneStream Certified Professional (OCP) - Lead Architect certification.
• Ability to lead and supervise others, provide exceptional client service, demonstrate commitment to continuous learning, and exhibit a sense of urgency and commitment to quality.
• Demonstrated leadership, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, project management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Utilize application expertise, business knowledge, and technical skills to successfully lead the discovery, requirements, design, build, test, and deployment of OneStream solutions to Baker Tilly clients.
• Lead client workshops to gather requirements and build client design documentation for OneStream applications and solutions.
• Design a comprehensive infrastructure framework within the OneStream financial application for clients based on requirements documentation, considering scalability, performance, security, and compliance requirements.
• Develop and demonstrate OneStream proof of concepts as required for new approaches to optimize performance.
• Guide the development and deployment of technical solutions and facilitate OneStream solution and architecture reviews, garnering cross-division solution alignment.
• Oversee OneStream solution quality and testing, including unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Work with clients to develop a roadmap that encompasses an overall solution vision and effectively communicate initiatives across the entire project team.
