Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, MIS, or a closely related field.
• 5+ years of technical architecture experience, with at least 3 years in OneStream implementations.
• Robust knowledge of the financial close and consolidation process including reconciliations and intercompany eliminations.
• Deep understanding of .NET and SQL development for OneStream engines.
• OneStream Certified Professional (OCP) Lead Architect certification.
• Proven leadership, client service, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the discovery, requirements, design, build, test, and deployment of OneStream solutions for Baker Tilly clients.
• Run client workshops to gather requirements and create design documentation for OneStream apps.
• Design an infrastructure framework within OneStream considering scalability, performance, security, and compliance.
• Develop proofs of concepts to optimize performance and value.
• Guide development and conduct solution/architecture reviews across the project.
• Oversee testing (unit, integration, regression, UAT) and ensure quality of deliverables.
• Collaborate with clients to define roadmaps and maximize OneStream usage for business results.
• Support governance framework and best practices for standards and procedures.
