Job summary

Baker Tilly US is seeking an experienced OneStream Solution Architect to join Baker Tilly Digital Solutions. You will lead discovery, design, and deployment of OneStream solutions, deliver BI and analytics, and guide architecture reviews for diverse clients nationwide.

The role requires 5+ years in technical architecture with 3+ years in OneStream implementations, deep finance process knowledge, and strong leadership/communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, MIS, or a closely related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of technical architecture experience, with at least three (3) years dedicated to OneStream implementations.
• Robust knowledge of financial close and consolidation processes including account reconciliation, currency translations, intercompany eliminations, top-side entries, and financial statements.
• Deep understanding of .NET and SQL development and how to develop within OneStream engines.
• OneStream Certified Professional (OCP) - Lead Architect certification.
• Ability to lead and supervise others, provide exceptional client service, and maintain a sense of urgency and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, requirements, design, build, test, and deployment of OneStream solutions for Baker Tilly clients.
• Run client workshops to gather requirements and build design documentation for OneStream applications and solutions.
• Develop OneStream proofs of concept to optimize performance.
• Oversee solution quality and testing, including unit, integration, regression, and UAT.
• Collaborate with clients to define a roadmap and identify opportunities to improve financial processes using OneStream.
