Job summary

Baker Tilly US is seeking an experienced OneStream Solution Architect to join Baker Tilly Digital Solutions. You will lead design and deployment of OneStream-based financial close, budgeting, forecasting, and BI solutions for clients nationwide.

The role emphasizes architecture, governance, and coaching junior staff, while collaborating with client leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, compliant financial processes.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing a leading financial planning and consolidation software (OneStream or Oracle EPM/PBCS)
• Minimum of five years of technical architecture experience, with at least three years dedicated to OneStream implementations
• Robust knowledge of financial close and consolidation processes including intercompany eliminations and currency translations
• Deep understanding of .NET and SQL development within OneStream engines
• OneStream Certified Professional (OCP) - Lead Architect certification
• Demonstrated leadership, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, project management and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, requirements, design, build, test, and deployment of OneStream solutions for Baker Tilly clients
• Lead client workshops to gather requirements and create design documentation for OneStream applications
• Design an infrastructure framework within OneStream considering scalability, performance, security and compliance
• Develop OneStream proofs of concept to optimize performance
• Oversee OneStream solution quality and testing (unit, integration, regression, UAT)
• Collaborate to define a roadmap aligning client finance processes with OneStream capabilities
• Help maturity of Finance OneStream Center of Excellence (COE) governance and standards
• Design and develop BI, analytics and reporting solutions with clients
• Interact with Baker Tilly and client leadership on engagement management
• Stay current with OneStream core platform and AI capabilities
• Mentor and train junior staff through programs and sessions
