Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking an experienced OneStream Solution Architect to join Baker Tilly Digital Solutions. You will deliver OneStream Financial Close & Consolidation, Budgeting & Forecasting, and BI solutions to clients, guiding architecture and governance while growing the practice.

You will lead workshops, develop architecture designs, and mentor junior staff, while staying current with platform advances. The role requires strong leadership and client-facing skills across multiple markets in

Qualifications

• Experience implementing leading financial planning and consolidation software.
• Minimum 5 years of technical architecture experience with 3+ years on OneStream.
• Strong knowledge of financial close, currency translations, intercompany eliminations.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, requirements, design, build, test, and deployment of OneStream solutions for clients.
• Run client workshops to gather requirements and craft design documentation.
• Develop Proofs of Concept to optimize performance and demonstrate value.
• Guide solution and architecture reviews across teams for alignment.
• Oversee testing (unit, integration, regression, UAT) and quality assurance.
• Create roadmaps and identify opportunities to improve financial close and planning processes.
• Support Finance COE governance, standards, and procedures for OneStream.
• Collaborate to design BI, analytics, and reporting solutions for clients.
• Interact with Baker Tilly and client leadership on engagements.
• Stay current with OneStream updates, marketplace solutions, and AI capabilities.
