Job summary

Baker Tilly US is seeking an experienced OneStream Solution Architect to join Baker Tilly Digital Solutions. You will lead discovery, design, build, and deployment of OneStream solutions for diverse clients, delivering robust financial close, budgeting, forecasting, and BI capabilities.

You will guide cross-functional teams, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with client leadership to align on roadmaps and governance, leveraging your deep OneStream and .NET/SQL expertise to drive value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, MIS, or a closely related field.
• Experience implementing a leading financial planning and consolidation software (OneStream or Oracle EPM/PBCS highly preferred).
• Minimum of five (5) years of technical architecture experience, with at least three (3) years dedicated to OneStream implementations.
• Robust knowledge of the financial close and consolidation process including account reconciliation, currency translations, intercompany eliminations, top-side entries, and financial statements.
• Deep understanding of .NET and SQL development and how to develop within the OneStream engines.
• OneStream Certified Professional (OCP) - Lead Architect certification.
• Ability to lead and supervise others, deliver exceptional client service, and uphold ethics and quality.
• Demonstrated leadership, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, project management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Utilize application expertise to lead discovery, requirements, design, build, test, and deployment of OneStream solutions for Baker Tilly clients.
• Lead client workshops to gather requirements and build design documentation for OneStream applications, considering scalability, performance, security, and compliance.
• Develop and demonstrate OneStream proof of concepts to optimize performance.
• Guide the development and deployment of technical solutions and facilitate OneStream reviews for cross-division alignment.
• Oversee OneStream solution quality and testing, including unit, integration, regression, and UAT.
• Work with clients to develop a roadmap and identify opportunities to improve financial close and planning processes using OneStream.
• Support the Finance OneStream COE governance framework with standards, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with clients to design best-in-class BI, analytics, and reporting solutions.
• Interact with Baker Tilly and client leadership on OneStream engagements and management.
• Stay current with OneStream platform advancements, marketplace solutions, and AI capabilities.
• Unleash and mentor junior staff, supporting training programs and coaching.
