Job summary

Baker Tilly US is seeking an experienced performance management consultant to join the Baker Tilly Digital practice. You will contribute to budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation and BI solutions for clients using OneStream and related technologies.

The role entails gathering requirements, designing solutions, developing and testing, and delivering implementations while mentoring team members and supporting client success across the region.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of FP&A or FP&A consulting experience, advising senior leadership.
• Experience implementing OneStream for planning or close & consolidation.
• Experience working with external clients on solution development and implementations.

Responsibilities

• Support design, build, test and deploy CPM/EPM solutions for clients.
• Lead client workshops to gather requirements and document designs; assist in architecture.
• Perform testing (unit/integration/regression/UAT) and deliver reports, dashboards and templates.
