Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking an experienced performance management consultant to join Baker Tilly Digital. You will deliver budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation and BI solutions to clients, leveraging OneStream and related CPM tools to drive business value.

The role emphasizes client service, collaboration across teams, and mentoring colleagues, with a strong foundation in FP&A, .NET/SQL development, and a client-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/CS/MIS or related field.
• At least 3 years FP&A or FP&A consulting experience with senior leadership.
• Experience implementing OneStream for planning or close & consolidation.
• OneStream Certified Associate preferred.
• Experience with external clients in solution development/ERP/CPM is a plus.
• Strong .NET and SQL development understanding.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and deliver high-quality client service.
• Demonstrated leadership, analytical, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Utilize client expertise to design, build, test, and deploy CPM/EPM solutions for Baker Tilly clients.
• Lead client workshops to gather requirements and develop OneStream design documentation.
• Oversee testing (unit, integration, regression, UAT) of solutions.
• Develop reports, dashboards, templates and forms to meet client needs.
• Collaborate with clients to create a roadmap for solution vision and project delivery.
• Identify opportunities to improve forecasting processes and budgeting accuracy.
