Baker Tilly is seeking an experienced performance management consultant to join its Digital practice. You will deliver OneStream-based budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and BI solutions for a diverse client base, applying your industry and technical expertise to drive value.

The role emphasizes client-focused delivery, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and ongoing learning to advance the firm’s advisory capabilities and market presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
• Minimum of three years in FP&A or FP&A consulting with exposure to senior leadership.
• Experience implementing OneStream for financial planning or close & consolidation.
• Experience working with external clients on solution development and implementations.
• OneStream Certified Associate is preferred.
• Strong understanding of .NET and SQL development.
• Ability to lead, mentor others and deliver exceptional client service with strong ethics and quality focus.
• Excellent communication, organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy CPM/EPM solutions for Baker Tilly clients.
• Support client workshops to gather requirements and design OneStream documentation.
• Engage in OneStream testing including unit, integration, regression, and UAT.
• Create reports, cube views, dashboards, templates, and forms to meet client needs.
• Develop roadmaps that align with client vision and communicate initiatives across teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve planning processes and budgets for clients.
