Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking an experienced performance management consultant to join Baker Tilly Digital. You will apply industry and technical experience to build client solutions across budgeting, forecasting, consolidation and business intelligence, supporting the growth of the firm and the client base.

In this role you will lead OneStream engagements, gather requirements, design solutions, and mentor team members while delivering high‑quality outcomes for complex finance programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
• Minimum of three years of FP&A or FP&A consulting experience with senior leadership.
• Experience implementing OneStream for financial planning or close & consolidation software.
• Previous experience working with external clients, including solution development and implementation using a leading ERP or EPM/CPM solution is a plus.
• OneStream Certified Associate preferred.
• Strong understanding of .NET and SQL development preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, project management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Utilize application expertise, business knowledge, and technical skills to support design, build, test, and deploy CPM/EPM solutions for Baker Tilly clients.
• Lead client workshops to gather requirements and build client design documentation for OneStream applications and solutions.
• Engage in OneStream solution quality and testing, including unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Build, test & deploy reports, cube views, dashboards, templates and forms to meet client requirements.
• Develop a roadmap that encompasses an overall solution vision and communicate initiatives across the project team.
• Identify new areas within the client’s business and forecasting processes where planning software can improve budgets and forecasts.
