Job summary

Baker Tilly US, a leading advisory, tax and assurance firm, is seeking an experienced performance management consultant to join Baker Tilly Digital. You will deliver budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and BI solutions to clients, spanning design through deployment.

You will work with OneStream and other CPM/EPM tools, collaborating with client teams and leading project activities while developing the people and processes that drive value across engagements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years FP&A experience, consulting preferred.
• Experience implementing OneStream for finance planning and close.
• Experience working with external clients on solution development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, CS, MIS or related field.
• OneStream Certified Associate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support design, build, test, and deploy OneStream CPM/EPM solutions.
• Lead client workshops to gather requirements and document designs.
• Perform unit, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and templates to meet client needs.
• Collaborate on project roadmap and communicate initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve budgeting and forecasting processes.
