Job summary

Baker Tilly US, a leading advisory, tax and assurance firm, is seeking an experienced performance management consultant to join Baker Tilly Digital. You will apply industry and technical experience to deliver budgeting, forecasting, consolidation and BI solutions for clients.

As part of Baker Tilly Digital and a Global Systems Integrator partner with OneStream, you will lead workshops, design documentation, and develop dashboards, reports and forms while mentoring others and ensuring

Qualifications

3+ years of FP&A or FP&A consulting experience.
Experience implementing OneStream for planning or close & consolidation.
Experience working with external clients and solution development.
OneStream Certified Associate preferred.
Strong leadership and client service abilities.
Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Support design, build, test, and deploy CPM/EPM solutions for Baker Tilly clients.
Lead client workshops and create design documentation for OneStream.
Engage in OneStream testing and quality assurance (unit/integration/regression/UAT).
Develop reports, cube views, dashboards, templates and forms to meet client needs.
Develop roadmaps and communicate initiatives across the project team.
Identify opportunities to improve budgeting and forecasting processes for clients.
