Job summary

Baker Tilly US is seeking an experienced performance management consultant to join Baker Tilly Digital. You will help deliver budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and BI solutions using OneStream for a range of clients across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, MIS, or a closely related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of FP&A or FP&A consulting experience advising commercial clients and senior leadership.
• Experience implementing OneStream for financial planning or close & consolidation.
• Prior experience working with external clients including solution development and implementation using ERP/CPM solutions is a plus.
• OneStream Certified Associate preferred; strong .NET and SQL development knowledge.
• Ability to lead and mentor others, deliver exceptional client service, and demonstrate commitment to quality and timely project delivery.
• Demonstrated leadership, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, project management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Utilize application expertise and technical skills to design, build, test, and deploy CPM/EPM solutions for Baker Tilly clients.
• Support client workshops to gather requirements and create design documentation for OneStream implementations.
• Engage in OneStream solution quality and testing (unit, integration, regression, UAT).
• Create reports, dashboards, templates, and forms to meet client needs.
• Develop roadmaps and communicate initiatives across the project team.
• Identify areas to apply planning software to improve budgeting and forecasting accuracy and efficiency.
