Job summary

Baker Tilly US is seeking an experienced performance management consultant to join Baker Tilly Digital. You will apply industry and technical expertise to deliver CPM/EPM solutions, lead workshops, and drive successful budgeting and forecasting initiatives for clients.

You will work with OneStream to design, develop, test, and implement financial planning, consolidation, and BI solutions, collaborating with teams across the firm to grow capabilities and client impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, CS, MIS, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years FP&A experience, including consulting with senior leadership.
• Experience implementing OneStream for planning or close and consolidation.
• Strong .NET and SQL development knowledge.
• OneStream Certified Associate preferred.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and manage client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Utilize application expertise, business knowledge, and technical skills to support design, build, test, and deploy CPM/EPM solutions for Baker Tilly clients.
• Lead client workshops to gather requirements and build client design documentation for OneStream applications and solutions.
• Engage in OneStream solution quality and testing, including unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Build, test & deploy reports, cube views, dashboards, templates and forms to meet client requirements.
• Develop a roadmap that encompasses an overall solution vision and communicate initiatives across the project team.
• Identify new areas within the client’s forecasting processes where planning software can improve budgets and forecasts.
