Job summary

Baker Tilly US, a leading advisory, tax and assurance firm, seeks an experienced performance management consultant to join Baker Tilly Digital. You will apply OneStream, CPM/EPM and FP&A expertise to client engagements across the region.

Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, consolidation and BI solutions, guiding clients from requirements through implementation, and mentoring junior staff. Strong client service and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
• 3+ years FP&A or FP&A consulting with commercial clients.
• Experience implementing OneStream for planning or close & consolidation.
• Experience with external client solution development and implementation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver CPM/EPM consulting services for budgeting, forecasting, consolidation and BI to clients.
• Lead client workshops to gather requirements and produce design docs for OneStream.
• Perform unit/integration/regression/UI testing for solutions.
• Build reports, dashboards, and templates to meet client needs.
• Develop roadmaps and communicate initiatives across project teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve forecasting and budgeting processes.
