Must have high school diploma, 30 college hours, and TEA Educational Aide certification or willingness to obtain it. Compensation ranges from $15.63 to $19.43 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 proscribed educational requirement: TEA Educational Aide Certification or willingness to obtain it
• Interest in one-on-one support with students with significant needs
• Ability to physically assist students with self-help, mobility, academic, and behavioral skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
• Teamwork and willingness to learn and grow as a professional

Responsabilités

• Assist Special Education and General Education teachers with supervision of students in all instructional settings
• Assist with behavior management, lesson tailoring, and reinforcing learning concepts
• Maintain data aligned with IEP goals and Behavior Intervention Plans
• Provide one-to-one support for students with significant needs as required
• Assist with administration and scoring of tests and assignments
• Support accommodations and modifications implementations
