This role offers flexible scheduling, mileage reimbursement, and ongoing BCBA support, with paid training and opportunities for professional growth within a trusted healthcare partner.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• College coursework in Psychology, Education, Social Work, Behavioral Science, Human Development, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavioral support.
• Implement treatment plans developed by BCBAs.
• Help clients build communication, social, and adaptive skills.
• Support positive behavior development.
• Record session data and client progress.
• Create engaging and structured learning environments.
