Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is hiring a Behavior Technician to support children and adults with autism and related developmental differences in home and community settings. You will work one-on-one with clients under the guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement treatment plans and foster communication, social, and daily living skills.

Responsibilities include recording session data, building engaging learning environments, and ensuring consistent client progress.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• College coursework in Psychology, Education, Social Work, Behavioral Science, Human Development, or a related field (if chosen).

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavioral support.
• Implement treatment plans developed by BCBAs.
• Help clients build communication, social, and adaptive skills.
• Support positive behavior development.
• Record session data and client progress.
