Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is hiring a Behavioral Technician to work one-on-one with children and/or adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs. You will help clients develop social and communication skills, and document progress over sessions.

Responsibilities include implementing behavior plans created by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts and coordinating to ensure high-quality care. Evening and weekend hours may be available based on client needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience or coursework in psychology, education, social work, behavioral science, or related field preferred.
• Ability to document progress and milestones clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support one-to-one with children and/or adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder or similar needs.
• Help develop social, communication, and behavior skills.
• Document progress and milestones for each session.
• Follow behavior plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
